Attorney Overview

Catherine was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New Jersey in 2005 and in the State of New York in 2006.  She is no stranger to the courtroom as she routinely appears in federal, state and municipal courts handling cases from the start through to jury verdict and even appeal.  She also practices before various municipal boards regarding municipal law, tax appeals and land use applications. Catherine also adeptly conducts employment investigations.

Catherine graduated from Albany Law School in 2005.  While in law school, she was named to the Dean’s List, competed extensively in Moot Court competitions and participated in the Litigation Clinic where she was admitted to practice under the State of New York’s Student Practice Order.  She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2002 with a B.A., University Honors in Political Science, magna cum laude degree in Political Science and was selected to Phi Beta Kappa.
In her free time, Catherine enjoys spending time with her husband and son, running, a nice glass of red wine, reading, and traveling (including frequent trips to New Hampshire).

Catherine serves on a number of local boards and organizations. She was appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District Ethics Committee.  Catherine is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association. Catherine is a Speaker for the Speaker’s Bureau of the New Jersey Bar Foundation and routinely lectures locally on an array of topics.  Catherine frequently lectures at the local community college and for other organizations.
